AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 23240 COUNTY ROAD 30 (PID 0711923130003)
(CITY FILE 20-040)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning
Map from Transitional Rural Commercial (TCR) to Rural Commercial (CR), legally described as
follows:
That part of the South 761.52 feet of the West 629.18 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Section 7 Township 119 Range 23 except roads.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption.
