AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 19219 AND 19235 COUNTY ROAD 10 (PI D 25-
119-2344-0002 AND 25-119-2344-0003) (CITY FILE 17-026)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the Cit Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map
from UR to PUD with respect to the 39.98-acre site, legally described as follows:
Parcel 1:
That part of the West Half of the East Half of the So
Township 119, Range 23, lying South of the centerline
West 300 feet thereof.

The West 300 feet of the West Half of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
25, Township 119 North, Range 23 West, lying South of the centerline of County Road
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption of the
resolution approving the final PUD development plan for this project.
