WHEREAS, Wright -Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association ("the applicant") has
requested a waiver from the wetland delineation requirements for a subdivision as allowed
in Section 930.020 Subd. 6(B)2 of the Corcoran Subdivision Ordinance for a portion of the
property legally described as follows:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Corcoran City Council approves the
wetland delineation waiver based on the following findings and conditions.
