RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO FACILITATE THE CLOSING OF THE PURCHASE OF
PID 12-119-23-22-0008
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran (City) entered into a purchase agreement dated October 21,
2020 with First Home Builders, Inc. to purchase the property identified as PID 12-119-23-22-0008, and
legally described as Outlot A, Hunters Place, Hennepin County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property")7 and
WHEREAS, the City has completed its due diligence investigation of the Subject Property and is
prepared to close on the purchase of the same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the
City Administrator to execute all document
of the Subject Property.

City of Corcoran desires to formally authorize the Mayor and
necessary and proper to facilitate the closing of the purchase
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby
authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute all documents necessary and proper to facilitate
the closing of the purchase of the Subject Property.
