City of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota Motion By: Dejewski Seconded By: Keefe October 25, 2018 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS MAP FOR PROPERTY AT 22901 OAKDALE DRIVE (PID 05=119-23-31-0001) (city file 18m032) WHEREAS, the Chester Kottke Trustees filed an appeal and objection to the number of development rights remaining on the subject property; WHEREAS, the Development Rights Map shows zero development rights remaining, WHEREAS, the City has no record of a subdivision on the property or a transfer of development rights that would have affected the property; WHEREAS WHEREAS th the City of Corcora n revised the development rig essentially reset the clock and based future development time of the change; WHEREAS, Section 1040.030, Subdivisi on 7 0 right per 10 acres on a paved road; WHEREAS, the City Council fi nds that t the Development Rights Map is in error; hts program in 1991, which is on land sizes in place at the ing f the ZonOrdinance allows 1 development applicant he has provided facts to support the finding that NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the appeal and requesfi to modify the Development Rights Map to show 4 development rights remaining on the 52-acre parcel.
