WHEREAS, Kevin Anderson ("the applicant") has requested a waiver from the
topographic survey requirements for a subdivision allowed in Section 930.020 Subd. 6(B)2
of the Corcoran Subdivision Ordinance for the property at 10005 County Road 19.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Corcoran City Council approves the
topographic survey waiver based on the following findings and conditions:
1. At this time there is no new construction proposed.
2. A topographic survey and wetland delineation exemption for the proposed parcel is
granted subject to the following:
a. A topographic survey and wetland delineation shall be required prior to
issuance of a building permit or future subdivision on any lot.
3. The existing use is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
4. The use is generally consistent with the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision
Ordinance.
