A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
TEXT OF CHAPTER 10 (THE ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CORCORAN CITY CODE
(CITY FILE 18-014)
WHEREAS, the City Council directed staff to prepare an ordinance amendment to update
Appendix B of the Zoning Ordinance (Corcoran Southeast District Plan and Design Guidelines);
and
WHEREAS, the amendment would be consistent with the 2040 Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the amendment would be consistent with other City Code standards and City
policies; and
WHEREAS, the amendments reflect

City's Comprehensive Plan, and compatible with other provisions of the
