HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2018-109 Approving Final Plat and Development Contract -Bass Lake Crossing 2ndCity of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota R!gLa • • � Motion By: Keefe Seconded By: Dejewski December 27, 20 i d APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "BASS LAKE CROSSING 2nd ADDITION" FOR MI HOMES OF MINNEAPOLIS LLC ON THE 51.26-ACRE SITE AT COUNTY ROAD 10 AND MAPLE HILL ROAD (PID 25-119-23-13=00039 25-119-23- 13=0002) (CITY FILE 18-035) WHEREAS, MI Homes of Minneapolis LLC ("the applicant") has requested approval of a final plat for "Bass Lake Crossing 2nd Addition" for 53 residential lots on a 51.2&acre parcel legally described as: Outlot 8, Bass Lake Crossing NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by MI Homes of Minneapolis LLC for a final plat for Bass Lake Crossing and, FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat shall be completed by city staff and the Mayor and that the City Administrator be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the City; and FURTHER, that th the County: e following conditions be met prior to release of the final plat for recording with 1. A final plat is approved for 53 lots for Bass Lake Crossing 2nd Addition, in accordance with the plans and application received by the City on October 16, 2018 and November 02, 2018, except as amended by this resolution. 2. Approval is contingent upon City Council approval of th Bass Lake Crossing 2nd Addition. The applicant shall provide the approved preliminary and final plat drawings to the City in an electronic (AutoCAD) format. FURTHER, that the following conditions be met prior to release of remaining escrow: 1. Lot corner monuments shall be inst part of the development contract installation per city requirements.
