City Council Special Meeting Minutes
October 29, 2020 — 4:30 pm
The Corcoran City Council met On October 29, 2020, in Corcoran, Minnesota. Pursuant to Minnesota
Statute Section 13D.021 and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City Council meeting was held
remotely through electronic means using the audio and video conferencing platform Zoom.
Present Mayor Thomas at City Hall and present via telephonic or other electronic means were Councilor
Anderson, Councilor Bottema, and Councilor Lother. Councilor Schultz was excused.
Also present were City Administrator Martens and Administrative Services Director Beise. Director of
Public Safety Gottschalk was present via telephonic or other electronic means.
1. Call to Order /Roll Call
Mayor Thomas called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm.
2. Closed Session of Non -Public Health and Medical Data
Mayor Thomas stated "The City Council is going into closed session to discuss non-public health
and medical data which must be discussed in a closed session per Minn. Stat. § 13D.05 subd.
2(a)(3 and 4)13

Mayor Thomas recessed the Council meeting at 4:39 pm.
