City Council Work Session Minutes
October 22, 2020 — 6:00 pm
The Corcoran City Council met on October 22, 20207 in Corcoran, Minnesota. Pursuant to Minnesota
Statute Section 13D.021 and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City Council meeting was held
remotely through electronic means using the audio and video conferencing platform Zoom.

1. Call to Order / Roll Call
Mayor Thomas called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
2. Consideration of an Ordinance Amendment to Address Non=Residential Users in the
Residential Zoning District
City Planner Lindahl outlined the options available for ordinance amendments. Council discussed
possible ordinance amendments and timeline for the ordinance amendments. Per consensus,
Council directed staff to bring forward amendment options at a future City Council meeting.

No unscheduled items were heard.
7. Adjournment
MOTION: made by Schultz, seconded by Dejewski to adjourn.
