the plat.

abutting the area to be vacated and to all utility companies serving the area;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following vacation,
subject to the following conditions:

The applicant must record the resolution approving
the vacation at Hennepin County and
provide
fihe City of Corcoran with proof o
f recording.
The applicant must provide a new easement document that is in a recordable form.
The applicant must record the resolution approving the vacation prior to recording the
fi
nal plat for Bellwether 5th Addition.
