A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR METROPOLITAN AGRICULTURAL
PRESERVE EXPIRATION FOR 42 ACRES OF LAND OWNED BY KEVIN W. AND DENISE S.
TABOR (PID 36-119-23-12-000of ) (CITY FILE 20-018)
WHEREAS, Kevin and Denise Tabor are requesting approval of expiration for 42 acres o
one parcel for property legally described as follows:

The northwest % of the northeast % of Section 36, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the below described parcel is located inside of the Metropolitan Urban Service Area

WHEREAS, the owners have previously submifited notice of withdrawal, which would remove
the property from Agricultural Preserve in 8 years;
WHEREAS, recent legislative action adopting Minnesota State Statute §473.09, Subd. 3, allows
owners who have had the Agricultural Preserve designation for 8 years or more to request
immediate expiration,
WHEREAS, the owners have been in the Agricu
