AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 940 OF THE CORCORAN CITY
CODE RELATED TO OPEN SPACE AND PRESERVATION PLATS (CITY FILE 18-014)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendment of the City Code. The text of Chapter 940 "Open Space and
Preservation (OS&P) Plats" (Subdivision Ordinance) of the Corcoran City Code is hereby
amended by deleting the s material and adding the underlined material as follows:
See attached Exhibit A
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on the 27th day of June 2019.
