WHEREAS, Pulte Homes of Minnesota, LLC (the applican
easement vacation within the subdivision;
t) has requested approval of an
WHEREAS, the subdivision will provide new drainage and utility easements adjacent to
new lot lines and over water bodies as required by City Code;
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested vacation of the existing easements legally
described as follows;

WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council considered this item at a Public Hearing;
WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing was mailed to all landowners of property directly
abutting the area to be vacated and to all utility companies serving the area;
