Re: Land Use for Property at 8200 County Road 116

The City has been in discussions with St. Therese regarding a potential development on
the City owned property at 8200 County Road 116 just south of City Hall. The purpose
of this work session is to understand the proposed use of the land by St. Therese if a
project were to move forward. Representatives from St. Therese will present their vision
and be available to answer any questions.
