RESOLUTION NO. 2019-25

A RESOLUTION AWARDING 2019 GRAVEL CONTRACT
April 25, 2019
WHEREAS, on March 14, 2019 Council authorized staff to seek bids for gravel (Class
5) for 2019 and 2020;
WHEREAS, staff placed the advertisement in the Crow River News and provided bid
advertisement to companies who have participated in the bidding process in previous
years;
WHEREAS, bids were opened April 9, 2019 and the following bid was received;
BE IT RESOLVED, that Fehn Companies has been identified as the lowest responsible
bidder;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN,
MN:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract
with above identified responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran for gravel
for 2019.
