A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR METROPOLITAN AGRICULTURAL
PRESERVE INITIATION OF EXPIRATION FOR 42 ACRES OF LAND OWNED BY KEVIN W.
AND DENISE S. TABOR (PID 36- 119 -23 -12 -0001) (CITY FILE 19 -009)
WHEREAS, Kevin and Denise Tabor are requesting approval of initiation of expiration for 42
acres of land in one parcel for property legally described as follows:
The northwest % of the northeast % of Section 36, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the below described parcels are located outside of the Metropolitan Urban Service
Area (MUSA);
WHEREAS, the owners have submitted notice of withdrawal, which would remove the property
from Agricultural Preserve in 8 years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the notice of withdrawal.
