AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 6351 COUNTY ROAD 101 (PID 36- 119- 23 -44-
0012) (CITY FILE 18 -040)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map
from Single Family Residential 2 (RSF -2) to Planned Unit Development (PUD), legally described
as follows:
The East 780 feet of the part of the Southeasterly % of the Southeasterly % of Section
36, Township 119, North Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, lying Northerly of
the South 1, 0 10. 00 feet, Hennepin County Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption of the
resolution approving the final PUD development plan for this project.
