RESOLUTION NO. 2018 -104

A RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS IN THE CITY OF
CORCORAN
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the streets
hereinafter described as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota
Law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, that the streets described as follows, to -wit:
Trail Haven Road — CSAH 50 to CSAH 30
Kalk Road — Larkin Road to CSAH 50
Non - existing street — County Road 116 to CSAH 10
Be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Corcoran,
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is here is authorized and directed to
forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for
his /her consideration.
