AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT (PID 03- 119 -23 -13 -0002) (CITY FILE 18 -017)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map
from RR to PUD with respect to the 62.7 -acre site, legally described as follows:
Outlot A, Fehn Meadows, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption of the
resolution approving the final PUD development plan for this project.
