AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 9975 COUNTY ROAD 101 (PIDS 12- 119- 23 -12-
0001, 01- 119 -23 -43 -0002, 01- 119 -23 -44 -0001 AND 01- 119 -23 -41 -0001) (CITY FILE 18 -007)
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map
from a mix of Light Industrial (I -1), Single Family Residential 2 (RSF -2), High Density Residential
(RMF -3), Community Commercial (C -2) and Urban Reserve (UR) to Neighborhood Commercial
(C -1), Community Commercial (C -2), Light Industrial (I -1) and Planned Unit Development (PUD),
legally described as follows:
The North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 119, North Range 23,
West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota;
Except that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township
119, Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said
Northeast Quarter; thence South along the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter a distance of 514 feet; thence at right angles West a distance of 618.65
feet; thence at right angles North a distance of 514 feet to the North line of said Northeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence East along the said North line to the point of
beginning.
Also, the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 119, Range
23, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The South Two - thirds (213) of the Southeast Quarter (SE114) except road, Section 1,
Township One Hundred Nineteen (119), Range Twenty -three (23), Town of Corcoran,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND
The south 292.70 feet of the west 595.12 feet of the north 113 of the East 112 of the
Southeast Quarter, Section 1, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption of the
resolution approving the final PUD development plan for this project.
