City Council Work Session Minutes
April 12, 2018 — 5 :00pm
The Corcoran City Council met on April 12, 2018 in work session, at City Hall in Corcoran,
Minnesota.
Present were Mayor Thomas, Councilor Bottema, Councilor Dejewski, and Councilor Keefe.
Absent was Councilor LaFave.
Also present were City Administrator Martens, Director of Public Safety Gottschalk, Lieutenant
Burns, Public Works Director Mattson, and Medina Chief of Police Belland
1. Call to Order/ Roll Call
Mayor Thomas called the work session to order at 5 :05pm
2. Table Top Emergency Management Excercise
Council and staff participated in a table top exercise for emergency management preparations.
Council discussed city operations in a disaster and plans to respond to a potential disaster.
3. Adjournment
MOTION: made by Dejewski, seconded by Keefe to adjourn.
Voting Aye: Thomas, Bottema, Dejewski, and Keefe
(Motion carried 4:0)
Meeting adjourned at 6:45pm.
