A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ENTITY NAME ON
LIQUOR LICENSE NUMBER 2017 -01
March 22, 2018
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Corcoran has issued an on -sale, off -sale, and
Sunday sale liquor license via license number 2017 -01 to PJS Holding Company, LLC, which
is effective through December 31, 2018; and
WHEREAS, PJS Holding Company, LLC, has provided evidence to the City that it has
changed its entity name to 1050 Club ( "New Entity Name ") but made no other changes to
operation, ownership, premises or any other data related to the license; and
WHEREAS, PJS Holding Company, LLC desires to amend its on -sale, off -sale, and Sunday
sale liquor license to reflect its updated entity name; and
WHEREAS, all other aspects of the license number 2017 -01 shall remain unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota that the City Council hereby directs the City Clerk to amend license number 2017-
01 to reflect the New Entity Name listed above. All other representations and requirements
of license number 2017 -01 shall remain unchanged.
