AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE MORATORIUM PROHIBITING
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNITY SOLAR GARDENS IN ALL RURAL RESIDENTIAL
AND URBAN RESERVE DISTRICTS WITHIN
THE CITY OF CORCORAN
Ordinance 2017-357 repeals a moratorium on community solar gardens in all rural residential
and urban reserve districts.
A printed copy of the complete ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall
during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
