SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2017 -351
INTERIM ORDINANCE TO PERMIT STUDY AND AMENDMENTS
TO THE OFFICIAL CONTROLS WITHIN THE CITY OF CORCORAN
May 25, 2017
Ordinance 2017 -351 issues a moratorium on community solar gardens in all rural residential
and urban reserve districts for one year commencing with the adoption of this ordinance.
A printed copy of the complete ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall
during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
