A preliminary plat is approved to allow the creation of 21 single family lots in accordance with the application materials and plans received by the City on September 16, 2016 and revisions received September 30, 2016, except as amended by this resolution. 2. Approval is contingent upon City Council approval of the rezoning to PUD and the "Ravinia" preliminary PUD development plan approved on December 23, 2013, as amended. 3.
