APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "SCHWALBE" FOR THE LENNAR CORPORATION
ON THE 6-ACRE SCHWALBE PROPERTY AT 6635 COUNTY ROAD 101 (PID 36=1 II M3-14-

Corporation ("the applicant") has requested approval of a preliminary

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA) that it should and hereby does approve the request for a preliminary
plat, subject to the following conditions.
1. A preliminary plat is approved to allow the creation of 21 single family lots in accordance
with the application materials and plans received by the City on September 16, 2016 and
revisions received September 30, 2016, except as amended by this resolution.
2. Approval is contingent upon City Council approval of the rezoning to PUD and the "Ravinia"
preliminary PUD development plan approved on December 23, 2013, as amended.
3. The application shall comply with all conditions in the City Engineer's memo dated October
20, 2016.
