AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE CORCORAN CITY
CODE, ENTITLED CORCORAN ZONING ORDINANCE
The text of Chapter 10 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Corcoran City Code is hereby amended to
allow vinyl siding as acceptable building material on single family homes. The amendment also
regulates the types and number of materials /styles permitted on facades facing a public street
or park.
A printed copy of the entire amended Chapter 10 is available for inspection by any person at City
Hall during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
