AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE CORCORAN CITY
CODE, ENTITLED CORCORAN ZONING ORDINANCE
The text of Chapter 10 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Corcoran City Code is hereby amended to
revise the standards related to the Downtown Mixed Use (DMU) zoning standards in Section
1040.130 and the Design Guidelines in Appendix A and Appendix B.
A printed copy of the entire amended Chapter 10 is available for inspection by any person at City
Hall during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
