PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
MINUTES
7:00 PM - THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2015
The Corcoran Planning Commission met on October 1, 2015, at City Hall in Corcoran,
Minnesota. Present were: Chair Jacobs, Vice -chair Ravnholdt, Commissioner Wu,
Commissioner Theis and Commissioner Schultz.
Also present were: Administrator Martens and Council Liaison Thomas
1. Call to Order
Chair Jacobs called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Open Forum — None
4. Approval of:
a. Agenda
Motion made by Theis seconded by Wu to approve the agenda as presented. Voting
Aye: Jacobs, Ravnholdt, Wu, Theis, and Schultz. (Motion carried 5:0)
b. September 3, 2015 Planning Commission Minutes
Motion made by Ravnholdt seconded by Schultz to approve the minutes as
presented. Voting Aye: Jacobs, Ravnholdt, Theis, and Schultz. (Motion carried 4:0)
Wu abstained.
5. New Business
a. PUBLIC HEARING. Spanier Conditional Use Permit for sidewall height at
10520 Cain Road (PID 02- 119 -23 -23 -0004) (City file no. 15 -019)

ii. Open Public Hearing — Chair Jacobs opened the public hearing.

iii. Public Comment — None
iv. Keep hearing open and continue to November 5th meeting
Motion made by Ravnholdt seconded by Theis to table and continue the
public hearing to the November 5, 2015 Planning Commission Meeting.
Voting Aye: Jacobs, Ravnholdt, Wu, Theis, and Schultz. (Motion carried
5-0)(7-04)

b. City Council Report — Councilmember Thomas
c. Other Business — None
7. Adjournment
Motion made by Ravnholdt seconded by Schultz to adjourn Voting Aye: Jacobs,
Ravnholdt, Wu, Theis, and Schultz. (Motion carried 5:0) Meeting adjourned at 7:25pm.
