RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -22 "AUTHORIZING RECONVEYANCE
OF PID # 23- 119 -23 23 0011 BACK TO THE STATE"
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota ( "State ") has given the City of Corcoran ( "City ") property
identified as PID #23- 119 -23 23 0011, the unplatted land section 23, township 119, range 23
( "the Property ") for use as open space, creek and flood plain; and
WHEREAS, on December 22, 2000 the City determined that it no longer required the use of the
Property; and
WHEREAS, on the same date, the City resolved to reconvey the Property back to the State via
Resolution No. 2000 -22: and
WHEREAS, that reconveyance was never completed; and
WHEREAS, the City currently desires to retain ownership of the Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Corcoran City Council RESOLVES: that Resolution No. 2000 -22,
"Authorizing Reconveyance of PID #23- 119 -23 23 0011 Back to the State" be rescinded.
