City Council Meeting Minutes
January 8, 2015 — 7:00 PM
The Corcoran City Council met on January 8, 2015, at City Hall in Corcoran, Minnesota. Present
were, Mayor Guenthner, Councilor Hank, Councilor Keefe, Councilor LaFave, and Councilor
Thomas.
Also present were City Administrator Martens, City Planner Lindahl, Public Safety Director
Gottschalk, Lieutenant Hamilton, and City Clerk Heinecke.
1. Call to Order / Roll Call
Mayor Guenthner called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Guenthner invited all in attendance to rise and join in the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Oath of Office
The oath of office was administered to Mayor Ken Guenthner and Council Members Mike Keefe
and Tonya LaFave.
4. Agenda Approval
MOTION: made by Thomas, seconded by Hank to approve the agenda as presented.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Hank, Keefe, LaFave, and Thomas
(Motion carried 5:0)

7. Consent Agenda
a. Draft Minutes of December 22, 2014 Council Meeting
MOTION: made by Thomas, seconded by Hank to approve the consent agenda as presented.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Hank, and Thomas Abstain: Keefe, LaFave
(Motion carried 3:0)

b. All Other Financial Claims
MOTION: made by Hank, seconded by LaFave to approve all other financial claims as presented.

a. Building Permit Fee Report received, no action required.
10. Planning Business /Landform
a. PUD Amendment for US Home Corporation (dba Lennar), report presented by City Planner
Lindahl.
MOTION: made by Thomas, seconded by Keefe to approve Resolution 2015 -02 "Approving PUD
Amendment for "Ravinia" for Property at Gleason Road and County Rd 101" as presented.
Council discussed.

MOTION: made by Hank, seconded by Keefe to approve Resolution 2015 -01 "Establishing Annual
Appointments for the City of Corcoran for 2015" as presented, with the appointment of Ron Thomas
to the position of Acting Mayor,
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Hank, Keefe, LaFave, and Thomas
(Motion carried 5:0)
c. 2015 Water and Sanitary Sewer Fee Schedule report presented by City Administrator
Martens.
MOTION: made by Thomas, seconded by LaFave to approve Ordinance 2015 -294 "Adopting 2015
Water and Sanitary Sewer Fee Schedule" as presented.
Council discussed.

d. 2015 Water and Sanitary Sewer Budget report presented by City Administrator Martens.

budget as presented.
