Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map from RMF -3 (High Density Residential) and UR (Urban Reserve) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the 103.32 -acre parcel, legally described as follows: See Attachment A Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption of the resolution approving the final PUD development plan for this project.
