A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND EXTENDING CONTRACT FOR RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with Randy's Environmental Services, Inc. to provide residential
recycling services beginning January 1, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the contract for residential recycling services expires December 31, 2014 and the City and
Randy's Environmental Services, Inc. are interested in extending the contract until June 30, 2015;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Corcoran, City Council that the term of the contract
shall extend to June 30, 2015 in accordance with the terms of the original contract.

AMENDMENT & EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT & EXTENSION AGREEMENT is made as of December 1, 2014, by and
between Randy's Sanitation DBA as Randy's Environmental Services, Inc. and the City of
Corcoran, MN.
WHEREAS the Parties entered into a contract the First Day of January, 2012.
WHEREAS the Parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Original Contract in accordance
with the terms of the Original Contract.
The Original Contract will end on December 31, 2014.
The parties agree to extend the Original Contact for an additional period, which will begin on
January 1, 2015 and end on June 30, 2015.
