SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2014 -286
September 25, 2014
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 10 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
CORCORAN CITY CODE
Section 1040.140, Subd. 6 and Section 1070.050, Subd. 3 of the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 10
of the Corcoran City Code) are hereby amended to simplify the sketch plan process and send
these applications directly to the City Council with minimum submittal requirements to allow City
Council review prior to the applicant investing significant time and money.
A printed copy of the entire amended Section 1040.140 and Section 1070.050 of Chapter 10 is
available for inspection by any person at City Hall during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
