Meeting Minutes
Commissioners Present: Trish Krueger, Robert Vassallo, Thomas Anderson (arrived at
7:45 pm), Val Nybo, Kevin Dale, Rachel Tessmer, Joan Parks, Chad Robran, Tom
Cossette
Commissioners Absent:, Alt. Commissioner Joe Mailhot, Alt. Commissioner Glen Monzo,
Student Commissioner Michelle Hansmann, Student Commissioner Lindsay Jacobs.
Other: City Council Liaison Guenthner, Administrator Dan Donahue
1. Chair Krueger called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm in the Corcoran Civic Center,
Pledge of Allegiance recited
2. Approval of:
a. Agenda -add:
1. 9a. Picnic Tables
2. 9b. Corcoran Country Days
Motion: by Nybo, Second by Parks to accept agenda as amended.
Voting Aye: All present (Motion carried 7:0)
b. Minutes of 6- 15 -10. It was noted that Commissioner Cossett was present at
meeting of 6- 15 -10. Also Item 8a(3) contains the sentence "she reminded the
Commission that the council would like to see..." which should not be in the
minutes as it refers to another matter.
Motion: by Anderson, Second by Cossette to accept 06.15.10 meeting minutes as
presented.
Voting Aye: All present (Motion carried 6:0)

5. Old / Unfinished Business:
a. Review of Bonestroo's work on updating 2030 Comp Plan as it pertains to
Section 7- Parks and Trails.
6. New Business - Discussion with Gormley and Hamilton regarding public safety and
related issues with
7. Sub - Committee and Miscellaneous Reports
a. City Council Liaison.
b. Athletic Association.
c. Memorial Park.
d. Park Dedication Fund.
8. Other Business.

Motion: by Robran, Second by Nybo to adjourn at 9:39 pm.
Voting Aye: All present. (Motion carried 7:0)
