A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR 2014 SE DISTRICT SEWER
AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the Corcoran 2014 SE District Sewer
and Water Utility Project
WHEREAS, Wenck Assoc. has verified Northdale Construction Co. is lowest responsible
bidder,
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran is currently negotiating sale of bonds for financing,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with Northdale Construction Co. base bid for a total amount of $1,815,551.38
2. Award is contingent upon successful financing by City through utility bonds
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits, except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next two lowest
bidders shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
