A RESOLUTION AWARDING CALCIUM CHLORIDE CONTRACT
May 8, 2014
WHEREAS, pursuant to quotes and bids sought for 2014/2015 Calcium Chloride street
maintenance materials for various streets within the City, bids and quotes were received, opened,
and tabulated according to law; and
WHEREAS, the following quote was received:

BE IT RESOLVED that Envirotech Services has been identified as the lowest responsible
bidder;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MN:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with
above identified responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran for the 2014/2015
street maintenance materials.
