City Council Meeting Minutes
June 7, 2013 - 7:00 PM
The Corcoran City Council met on June 7, 2013, at City Hall in Corcoran, Minnesota. Present were,
Mayor Guenthner, Councilor Asleson, and Councilor Lynch. Also present was City Clerk Heinecke.
Councilor Cossette and Councilor Thomas were excused.

Mayor Guenthner called the meeting to order at 7�p `U�
2. Approve City Administrator Contract
Council reviewed and discussed the proposed contract as presented. The contract was also
reviewed by City Attorney Carson.
MOTION: made by Asleson, seconded by Lynch to approve the contract as presented.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Asleson, and Lynch
(Motion carried 3:0)
MOTION: made by Lynch, seconded by Asleson to adjourn.
Voting Aye: Guenthner, Asleson, and Lynch
(Motion carried 3:0)
