WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has requested approval of a final plat to allow a replat of the
property legally described as:
Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot B, Maple Hill Estates 2nd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for a final plat,
subject to the following conditions:
1. A final plat is approved, in accordance with the plans received by the City on February
20, 2014, except as amended by this resolution.
2. Approval is contingent upon City Council approval of the preliminary plat.
FURTHER, that the following conditions be met prior to issuance of a building permit:
3. Record the approving resolutions and associated documents at Hennepin County and
provide proof of recording to the City.
4. The applicant shall provide proof of recording the final plat and related documents at
Hennepin County.
5. The applicant shall provide the approved preliminary and final plat drawings to the City in
an electronic (AutoCAD) format.
FURTHER, that the following conditions be met prior to release of remaining escrow:
6. Lot corner monuments shall be installed as required by the Subdivision Ordinance. A
financial guarantee shall be required to ensure installation per city requirements.
7. The applicant must file the final plat at Hennepin County within 2 years of the date of
approval or the approval shall expire.
