RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -65

A RESOLUTION APPROVING 2014 STEP /WAGE SCALE AND BENEFIT PACKAGE
FOR EXEMPT AND NON EXEMPT CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota adopted the 2014 General
Fund Budget and the 2014 Property Tax levy on December 23, 2013, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish the following direction regarding employee
wages and benefits.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran
(City), County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, does hereby approve the following:
1. Employee Wage and Step Scale for 2014 (Appendix A)
2. The Health / Insurance benefit package contributions by the city shall remain identical as
that provided in 2013 plus the city making an additional contribution of paying 70 percent
of the 2014 premium increase in the Blue Cross /Blue Shield Health Insurance package
administered by the LOGIS Joint Powers Organization.
3. The City Administrator is authorized to approve Step increases for eligible employees
contingent upon a satisfactory performance evaluation.
