RESOLUTION NO. 2005-88
MOTION BY MEMBER: Thomas

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEVELOPMENT
KNOWN AS LAKE JUBERT ESTATES
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, that the single family residential development known as Lake Jubert Estates,
approved for platting in 1999 and developed by Nedegaard Construction has completed and met
all conditions of the approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby direct
the City Administrator to release all securities currently being held by the city;
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby accept the
streets within the development as public streets.
