RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -83

APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR JIM CHAMBERLAIN FOR "BONAVISTA
GROVE" ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 21001 STATE HIGHWAY 50.
WHEREAS, Jim Chamberlain has requested approval of a preliminary plat to
create two lots on the property legally described as follows:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
22, Township 119, Range 23, lying Southerly of the centerline of County
Road No. 50 and Northwesterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the Southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter of said
Section 22, thence East along the South line thereof a distance of 465.05
feet to the point of beginning; thence deflecting to the left at an angle of 50
degrees 34 minutes and 36 seconds to said centerline of County Road
No. 50 and there ending. Subject to road over the Northeasterly 33.00
feet thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
approve the request by Jim Chamberlain for a final plat, subject to the following
findings and conditions:
1. A final plat is approved to allow the creation of two lots in accordance with
the plans and application received by the City on September 19, 2005;
and revisions received on October 18, 2005 and October 26, 2005, except
as amended by this resolution.
2. All conditions of preliminary plat approval must be met.
3. Park dedication shall be due prior to release of the final plat, in
accordance with the park dedication policy in effect at the time of filing.
Credit shall be given for the trail area on the south side of the property.
4. The applicant must file the final plat at Hennepin County.
5. Final plat approval shall expire two years from the date of approval unless
the plat has been filed at Hennepin County.
