RESOLUTION NO. 2005-79

RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, on December 30, 2004 the City of Corcoran approved a preliminary plat for
Laurent Development Company, LLC for "Hedgestone" located west of County Road 101, north
of Hackamore and on both sides of Gleason Road; and
WHEREAS, to provide the necessary sanitary sewer infrastructure it is proposed to make the
County Road 101 Sanitary Sewer Improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA:
That Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik and Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement and is instructed to prepare the plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
