RESOLUTION NO. 2005-73
MOTION BY MEMBER: Thomas
SECONDED BY MEMBER: Grabowski
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS
HOPE PLACE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Corcoran, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, that the development known as Hope Place, approved for platting in 2002 has
completed and met all conditions of the approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby direct
the City Administrator to release all securities currently being held by the city; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby accept the
street within the development known as Oswald Farm Road as a public street.
