RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL DESIGN PLANS FOR CSAH 19
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT 9225
WHEREAS, on June 14, 2001 pursuant to Resolution No. 2001 -42 the City of Corcoran approved the
preliminary layout for improvements to County State Aid Highway 19; and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Public Works has prepared the final plans for the CSAH 19 construction
project and has presented them to the City Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County commits that they will provide signal installations at CSAH 30 / CR 116 and
CSAH 30 / CSAH 101 during 2005; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County will guarantee that the signal installation at CSAH 10 / CR 116 will be
completed prior to the detouring of traffic along CR 116, and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County will provide an overlay to CSAH 30 from CSAH 19 to CR 116 in 2006 prior to
the second stage detour route for this project; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County and the City of Corcoran shall work together to communicate with the public the
appropriate detours and speeds during this construction project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, that the City
of Corcoran does hereby approve the final design plans for Project 9225, dated August 3, 2005, and does hereby
authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the title page of those plans dated August 3, 2005.
