WHEREAS, pursuant to sealed bids sought for a 1996 Jeep and a 1994 Crown Victoria, bids were
received, opened, and tabulated according to law;
AND WHEREAS, the following bid was received for the 1996 Jeep:

WHEREAS, Preston and Patricia Dodds is hereby identify as the high bidder.
AND WHEREAS, the following bid was received for the 1994 Crown Victoria:

WHEREAS, Paul Grubbs is hereby identify as the high bidder.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MN that
the City accepts these bids as identified above and directs the City Clerk and City Administrator to
complete the necessary transfers of ownership accordingly.
