City of Corcoran
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Agricultural Society has made an application to the City of
Corcoran for the purpose of conducting lawful gambling, consisting of bingo, within the city limits;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran finds this
application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
application on behalf of the City, allowing bingo games to be conducted at the Corcoran Lions Park,
located at 7205 County Road 101, during the Hennepin County Fair celebration on August 04 through
August 07, 2005, as described in the application.
