RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -55

A RESOLUTION SETTING ON -SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM PERMIT FEES
FOR THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran provides a range of services within the City of
Corcoran; and
WHEREAS, the cost for providing such services shall not be borne by the taxpayers of
Corcoran, but by the benefiting individuals;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Corcoran that the
attached Septic Permit Fee Schedule, hereto identified as Exhibit A is hereby approved and
adopted as presented, as authorized by City Ordinance.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that such fees shall be effective for all applications
received on or after July 18, 2005.
