RESOLUTION SETTING ON -SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM PERMI ' EES
FOR THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHERE S, the City of Corcoran provides a range of s= ices within the City of
Corcoran; and
WHEREAS, the ost for providing such servic- : shall not be borne by the taxpayers of
Corcoran, but by the bene 'ng individuals;
THEREFORE BE IT SOLVED, b the Council of the City of Corcoran that the
attached Septic Permit Fee Sched , hereto ' • entified as Exhibit A is hereby approved and
adopted as presented, as authorized C. Ordinance.
FURTHER BE IT RESO D, at such fees shall be effective for all applications
received on or after June 10, 20
