THIS RESOLUTION WAS AMENDED
RESOLUTION TO REMOVE GREG EBERT FROM THE
CORCORAN PLANNING COMMISSION DUE TO CONFLICT OF INTEREST
WHEREAS, Greg Ebert is a Contractor and Builder in the City of Corcoran; and
WHEREAS, Greg Ebert is the owner of large quantities of land in the City of Corcoran; and
WHEREAS, Greg Ebert speculates in commercial property in the City of Corcoran; and
WHEREAS, Greg Ebert has profited to the sum of more than 10 million dollars as a direct result of the
Hedgestone development; and
WHEREAS, Greg Ebert had direct and indirect influence on the Planning Commission and City Council
during the Hedgestone development approval process.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Greg Ebert be removed from the Planning Commission and,
other than as a private citizen, have no more influence or effect on the advisory bodies and City Council
of Corcoran
